and Borden Ave in Long Island City, NY.

By Subway from Manhattan:

Take the #7 FLUSHING LINE from Times Square or Grand Central towards Queens. Get off at the 2nd stop in Queens: HUNTERS POINT STATION. Walk upstairs to 49th St and go down the hill towards the Manhattan skyline. Turn left onto 21st St and walk down the hill towards the Long Island Expressway bridge. An underpass on the left (under the LIE) takes you to a small footbridge (over an LIE railroad siding). As you come down the bridge steps, walk towards the brown and yellow industrial building. Go in the door marked 51-02, come up to the 4th floor and knock on Culver's door.

The walk is 5 minutes longer if you take the G LINE towards Queens. Get off at 21st Street/VAN ALST Station and when you come out of the station and walk over the hill. The next cross street is 49th; continue down 21st Street and look for the underpass on the left (under the Long Island Expressway). Follow the underpass and proceed as above...
